Video: Simone Rota’s story
Many of the Azkals’ fans including me know little of Simone Rota’s sad, but inspiring story.
He was abandoned by his biological parents to Franciscan convent sisters when he was only two months old in 1984, then by 1985 he was adopted by an Italian couple, then lived in Italy since then.
I put two videos about Simone’s story produced by ABS-CBN and TCL TV respectively.
